Øyvind Winther
CEO
Øyvind Winther (born 1964) started his career as a retailer with the Hakon Group
in Norway 1991 and during 10 years he attended the ranks from trainee to CEO. During this time he was also Chain Director of RIMI and ICA, and responsible for the establishment of the RIMI chain in the Baltics. From 2001, Øyvind spent seven years as CEO of Apotek1 and then two years as Executive Vice President of Europe's largest pharmaceutical distributor, Phoenix Pharmahandel, where he was responsible for the company's pharmacy business in Europe. Winther assumed his position at Expert AS on 4 January 2010.

Otto Christian Sekkesæter

Otto Christian Sekkesæter (b. 1961) holds a degree as a Business Economist with specialisation in Financial Management from the BI Norwegian School of Management. He has previously worked as Manager of Controlling Unit for ISS Norway, and most recently as CFO for Mills DA Sekkesæter joined Expert AS on 1 January 2009. |

Lars H. Tendal (b. 1967) holds a Master of Business and Marketing from BI Norwegian School of Management in Oslo. Lars has top management experience from well-known brands and industries, most recently as Executive Vice President at Posten Norge AS. His background also includes Sales and Marketing Director at ICA Norway and Sales Director at Kims and Sætre AS (Orkla. Brands). Lars Tendal joined Expert Norge AS on 1 September 2010. |

His background includes companies like McKinsey, Modern Times Group, Kooperative Førbundet and others. Magnus Håkansson has also been a Board Member of Expert Sverige AB since 2003. |

Søren Lønsbo
Nordic Purchasing Director
Søren Lønsbo (born 1960) has a solid background within the retail business, where he has worked for more than 20 years. He started his carer in The Maersk Group in Denmark, to work with purchasing of electronic products at the head office for one of the largest players in the retail business in Denmark; Danish Supermarket, where he has had an extensive career for 8 years until he changed to the more high-end oriented chain F-Group, where Lønsbo was Head of Purchasing for 16 years until he joined Expert in 2007 to become Nordic Purchasing Director for Expert AS. In addition Lønsbo has studied Business strategies & economics at the Copenhagen Business School |

Philip Straumsheim
Nordic Communications Director
Philip Straumsheim (born 1960) is a graduate economist from California State University. He has extensive experience within finance from the shipping company Bergesen DY and in finance/investor relations in Ocean Rig ASA. Straumsheim was appointed as Group Treasurer in Expert in 2004, and took over as Nordic Communications Director in January 2008.

Magne Solberg

Magne Solberg (born 1969) holds a Master of Science
in Business and Economics from the Norwegian
School, specialised in information & technology
management and business logistics. He joined Expert from the position as CIO in Ementor ASA. His previous management experience includes senior manager positions in Microsoft, E*TRADE, PwC Consulting and TieatoEnator Consulting. As consultant he primarily worked with consumer goods & retail business in Norway and Nordic. |

Steinar Bratberg
Human Relations Director
Steinar Bratberg (b 1955) is Human Relations (HR) Director i Expert AS. Bratberg came to Expert from the position of HR Director in Kraft Foods Nordic, where he worked freom 1998-2006. Bratberg is not a stranger to growing companies. From 1995 to 1998 he was sentral in developing Teila in Norway. He has previously held positions in Orkla and IBM, as well as running his own consultant business.

Kjetil Nygaard Engen
Group Property and Concept Director
Kjetil Nygaard Engen (b. 1972) holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration with specialization in strategy, organization and leadership. He also holds a bachelor in sport science from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. He has for several years worked in various management positions at Gresvig AS, Hakon Gruppen AS and Statoil Detaljhandel AS. Engen joined Expert in February 2010.

Runar Pahr Andresen (b. 1969) holds a Master of Science from Manchester Business School, specializing in international business and marketing strategy. He also holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Management Science from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. Runar has marketing experience from well-known brands and industries, recently as Marketing Director at Telenor Norway, Nordic Marketing Director at Pepsico, and Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Norway. Pahr Andresen joins Expert in August 2010.
